Weight Watchers today
Today is my 1st day of ww meetings. What should I expect when I get there?? How long are you normally there for on ur 1st day?

You'll get all the info you need from the receptionist. The meetings are great- you can choose to participate or not. The length of the meeting depends on the leader. It can be anywhere from 45 min to an hour for the first meeting (after the meeting they introduce the program to new members). What center are you going to?

\Just got back a little bit ago, I went to the selden location. It was good i had a nice time and learned something to help me out in my new journey!! I realy hope i can be a success with this
