Weird cramp and concerned!
I went out for a jog this morning and came home with a bad cramp in my front right side. It hurts when I move certain ways...but isn't a steady cramping pain. Should I be concerned, I am 10w/3d and so fearful of a ms.

I would call your doctor to be safe. It is probably normal cramping for the first tri, only intensified bc you were jogging. As long as you are not spotting/bleedin, I think everything will be ok!

Did you drink a lot of water during/after your run? Maybe you're a little dehydrated. I would still call the doc to be sure though.
