weird meat questions
Ok, 2 questions:
1. Can/should you freeze meat in the package it comes in? (styrofoam tray covered in plastic wrap)
2. Can you freeze meat that is already marinaded?
Strange questions, I know TIA!

it's ok to freeze meat in the package it comes in. I do it all the time and it's fine. chicken I break up in to freezer bags but only because I cook for DH and I only and we don't need 4 chicken cutlets in 1 meal.
you can freeze marinated meat only if it has not been frozen before.
