weird questions
ok I went ot the dr. and they were able to see the sack in the uterus...I go back in 2 weeks to see the embryo inside and hear the HB. If the embryo didnt develope inside (god-forbid) woud i know before then, like would I miscarriage or what would happen. I know I shoud think positive but I'm just worried.

Re: weird questions
I am 5 weeks, but i was high risk so i had to goto dr as soon as I found out, i had an ectopic a few months ago so they wanted to locate is ASAP and make sure it was in the right spot, she said they usually dont do it so early on

Re: weird questions
I had a m/c prior to this pregnancy so they brought me in early as well.... that was why i asked how far along you were
At 5.5 weeks all I saw was a sac as well.... at 6.5 we saw the heartbeat and at 7.5 we confirmed the hearbeat.
I hope all goes well for you at the next sono. I know how nerve racking it is.....try to stay calm...

Re: weird questions
Just try to stay positive..I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy too, I was brought in at about 7 weeks, and they were able to confirm the baby in the sac and i saw a heartbeat on the screen. Positive thinking has a lot to do with it...and try to rest as much as possible

I had a smiliar experience. When I thought I was 6 weeks they did a sono and saw I was really 5 weeks & change. They verified that everything looked implanted.
I went back a week and 1/2 later and they saw the heartbeat.
try to stay calm and know that you are doing all you can for yourself & your pregnancy care wise. It is nerve racking

Re: weird questions
What you are referrring to is a missed abortion which is when the embryo or fetus dies but the body does not expel it. Please don't make yourself nuts! Stressing over these things is the worst thing you can do. The next 2 weeks will go by so fast and then you should be able to at least SEE the HB. So to answer your ? no you do not always bleed. I didn't and I didn't even know anything was wrong until I went in for a sono at 12 weeks but I did shortly before then start feeling "normal" or "unpregnant" which doesn't always mean anything either.
Try to relax I am sure NOTHING is wrong
I say this now but I know the next time I am pregnant I will be freaking out too, it's scary enough let alone when you have already been through something like an ectopic or a m/c. More

If there is a problem, you might not find out until your next doctor's visit.
The early weeks are so tough!!!!
