Well I guess every bit of good news must be ruined with bad news!
I found a new daycare center for DD that I love, but she needs to be walking first to go into what they call the Wobbler room. So the good news is Hannah is starting to walk. YAY!
I called today all excited that she's taken some steps, so she should be walker soon. I asked where I stand on their waiting list.
When I spoke to them last month they said they had an opening and IF they fill that spot before DD walks, the worst case scenario would be January.
When I spoke to them today they said they are fully booked and are expecting openings in January, but need to move up some babies from the infant room. So maybe this summer???
I can't believe this. I've been on this waiting list July 2006 and I was sooooo close to finally getting in and I just got bumped again.
I just want to cry. I can't deal with this daycare stuff anymore

One step forward, two steps back...doesn't it always seem that way? So sorry...I hope they are just being overly cautious about timing and that an opening happens soon!!
