Thanks so much for the well wishes and congrats, everyone !
My boys are all doing great. John Anthony has shocked us in his treatment of baby brother. No jealousy at all (should i say YET ? )
He wants to help mommy in any way shape or form. Even giving him the binky brings a big grin to his face  He just stares at him, touches him in total awww, and talks to him so much.
Nicholas also gets a kick out of him, but I dont think "gets it" yet. Before he goes "mommy look" and i look and Luciano has a little soft dinosaur toy on the side of his face, which I thought was soo sweet that he was sharing a toy, but not so sweet that he put it there on his own 
JOhn's been very helpful, I guess he's a pro by now. HE's taken the kids to the park, has our meals planned early on, whether takeout or quick cooking, an jumps in the second I ask him to do something.
AS for mommy, I adore my boys, and Im grateful and blessed to have 3 healthy children, but it has been a little bit of a tough recovery. REcovery from a C is just no fun, and toss in marathon BFing around the clock , 2 toddlers who are always within 6 inches of me, VERY swollen feet (whats THAT About, AFTER BABY ???  ) and just the pains and adjustments of recovery, have slowed me down (Which is NOT easy for me to adjust too   )
ITs making me nuts to NOT be able to do reg household chores and "sitting around" is just not me.... AHHHH.
I hope I dont sound like im complaining, just telling it like it is, its not peachy roses, but it aint so bad
Seeing my 3 little boys together tickles me and makes any rough moment much easier
