I don't remember when we introduced Robbie.. but I know that I found out he knew how to 'Googly' things when he was about 4 years old. That's when we started using parental controls.
Noah started with ClickStart "My First Computer" when he was about 4. He had play laptops and stuff before that age.
At 8 & 6 they are both fluent with the computer.

Alex is 4 and has her own computer in her room - DH set controls on the sites she can surf, but she's totally proficient on it.

DS had his own computer at around age 3. DD is also using it, and she's 3 now. They only use it while we are next to them on our computer (or if they are surfing on our computer for Netflix movies, or youtube videos).
