I have a few faves aside from the usual wine (Pinot Noir or Chardonnay usually) and beer.
Campari and club soda
vanilla Stoli and ginger ale
Ketel and club with lime
Amaretto on the rocks
In the summer, I like Malibu bay breezes (if I am feeling festive and in the mood for girly drinks) or margaritas.

This is so funny - total sidenote but LB I've never heard it called just a Caser, we always called it a Bloody Caeser and it is definitely my dad's favorite brunch beverage. He makes a mean one, too.
To the OP:
White whine (Riesling or something sweet)
Sangria
Vodka/sprite or Vodka/cranberry
Flavored margaritas
I like my drinks sweet However if you catch me in a specific mood I may just do straight vodka shots.

I'm a mojito girl all the way. If places don't serve that I usually get a cocoloso (coconut ciroc and pineapple juice)

Bacardi and diet coke with lemon (although bartenders ALWAYS give me lime and I have to send DH back to get a lemon).

Margarita! It may not be too original but they are my favorite! The best one I ever had was at The Melting Pot, it was a blood orange margarita.

Usually wine. Any kind at all.
If I am looking to really let loose, I start with a dirty martini, extra dirty.
If I am at a pub, then beer.
But my favorite drink to order since coming to Canada has become the Caesar. It's like a Bloody Mary only wayyyyy better.
Minus the beer, this is me exactly. Never heard of a Caesar but it sounds interesting!

Pinot Grigio 90% of the time
Margaritas 5%
French Martinis the last 5% when I'm out for a fancy night out.
At home, I drink Pinot still and and an Old Fashioned now and again.

I usually get either a bay breese which is coconut rum, cranberry juice and pineapple juice
OR if they have it i get Bacardi grape with Sprite

mojitos- i especially like the fruity ones
disaronno and coke
ETA: bacardi melon and cranberry, taste just like a watermelon jolly rancher!

Usually a wine or beer if I'm having a drink at a bar or event
Pinot noir, Malbec (or whatever else sounds good on the list) I like whites more in the summer.
Beer - whatever sounds good. Blue moon in Summer, landshark, seasonal ales. I'm not an IPA fan.
Or Bloody Marys (not clamato, can't stand it), mimosas, margaritas with top shelf tequila, and maybe a dirty martini with top shelf once in a while.

I am similar.
I'd say, French martini 50% of the time; pinot grigio 40% of the time; beer 10% of the time.
