what are some foods i can eat that won't make my stomach upset?
i feekl like every other day i am fine after i eat...and then every other day, i eat and feel like i need to run to the bathroom.
what are some foods i can eat that won't make my stomach upset. What has worked for you??

All trial and error. My issue is that I barf alot. And my heartburn makes that worse so I stay away from super spicy and acidic foods.

The only thing I could stomach (before going on zofran) was fruit, ice cold fruit.

I ate alot of dry cereal. I made sure I didnt drink while eating. I also had icepops.

I agree with trial and error.
and, there will be errors 
take it one day at a time and "talk" to your body.
usually I run meal ideas through my brain, and whichever doesn't make me heave, i got with!

For me, it was carbs. Any bagel, pasta, pretzel, cracker was right up my alley.

Its different for every person...and even then, it varies by day.
I know for me (before I went on Zofran) sometimes I could stomach cereal, a bagel, some crackers. Never red sauces and never meat of any type. And coke was the only liquid that stayed down -- I couldnt even stomach water.

Depends....I just go with how I'm feeling that day and imagining how i'd feel when eating that food
if I felt nauseous, which I was only for a little bit, I had toast, or crackers

trial and error,
The thing that worked best for me was salty foods- like french fries and potato chips we all know how healthy they are for you.
Also plain pasta's, breads and fruit.
