What are some of the best meals to cook and freeze?
Some of us neighbors are doing this for a friend who just had twins. What are some easy meals to freeze?

Any kind of soup, we made a huge pot of pea Soup in the crockpot and froze most of it, nice to eat on a rainy night.

Meatballs and Sauce/Lasagna/Baked Ziti
shepherd's pie
Chicken Chili
Beef Stew (as long as there are no potatoes)
Pot Roast
