some coming out today for sure.
I have to talk to my bank today about it.
Yesterday the rate with 1 1/8 points on a re-fi was 4.875 with Chase.
Today I hope for that w/o points!

I will. I should have some more details by noon.
We qualified for the top tier...little wiggling by the banker because of a long ago credit issue on DH's side that has since been resolved and is coming off his credit next year.
I'm hoping for better.
