It's not home I worry about, it's work! Everyone is so sick and no one wants to call in so early in the year, so people come in and infect everyone else 
Same in my office! Everyone is saving their sick days and infecting the rest of us!

Clean, clean, clean. Wash hands. Getting rest/exercise and eating well. That's really all you can do.

i dont think its that good to spray lysol, io have dh use the lysol wipes.
dr told us we could wipe hands and face of 3yo when we get him from daycare and change clothes at home because it lives on inanimate objects
do you know why its not good to spray lysol? I have never heard of that

Same fore me! I am constantly sanitizing my work area and washing my hands a million times a day. My hands feel like sand paper now

Its pretty much only sold at Walgreens and not all of them carry it. Its 30 bucks for a very small amount. For the Bio Gaia

Vitamins for all of us
