What are the best diet food delivery programs

Dont know much about them, but DH is interested in getting a food delivery service to help him lose some weight.

I work in an office and the Dr's there are Medifast coaches, we've had a lot of success stories from our patients!

i did Chef's Diet direct fresh delivery. They put a cooler on my doorstep every morning with 3 meals and 2 snacks. The meals were (mostly) good. They had a rating system too - so at the end of the day you would rate the food they gave you and put the cooler outside again. There were foods in there I would never have thought to try on my own and I really enjoyed the variety!

There were issues - the food is cooked fresh and given to you in a cooler so it must be heated before eating. Sometimes the reheat causes the meats to be less than perfect in texture - especially beef and fish. If you don't like something they give you, you have to eat it.. or skip the meal. It's expensive.

I also tried a program called Zone Manhattan (also fresh direct delivery). I disliked it. The food was not bad.. but it was repetitive. I think I had a salad with some type of protein on it just about every single day for lunch. When I complained they simply told me I should cancel. So I did.

I did Jenny Craig recently to lose the baby weight. I went to the center each week, but they do have a delivery program. Food wasn't too bad.

I did the Fresh Diet. It was pretty expensive, but I had a coupon that got it for half the price, so I figured I'd try it.

The food was pretty good, and I enjoyed using the online tools to pick everything. It got delivered daily to my house, which was also great.

Over a month, I didn't lose that much weight (maybe 5 pounds). I think it's because they based the program on a calorie count of 1200 (I can't remember exactly), which was probably higher than my normal intake. So while I was definitely eating better food, I wasn't losing much weight. But, the lack of weight loss could also be attributed to the fact that I was exercising and doing cardio plus weights. So, my inches were going down, but not necessarily my weight.
