food delivery diet??
Has anyone done a good delivery program that they could recommend. I really want to do Freshology but it's way too much $. I need something ASAP!

I did the fresh diet for 3 months, their food was pretty good

My 3 months weren't consectutive... But the 1st 31 days I lost about 15 lbs, then the rest I kind of spread out the days, I would cook 2-3 days a week I probably lost about another 8-10 lbs
