I taught pre-school while I was in college. I was an elementary ed. major but did not have a degree. I taught the 3 yr. old class. The teachers who taught the 4's all had teaching degrees. We had to take various classes that were required. I'm not sure if the "rules" have changed though since than.

I taught with an associates in Early Childhood Ed and I was enrolled in a BA program.
