Re: What are you making for Christmas dinner?

We aren't hosting this year, but last year we did.

We had turkey, ham, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls.

We always have the same appetizers in my family: cheese and crackers, shrimp and veggie platter. We like to save room for the good st uffChat Icon Chat Icon

Re: What are you making for Christmas dinner?

Usually we have a good sauce and homemade manicotti but this year since I am going by MIL for christmas eve (which means lasagna) I will be making either filet mignon or prime rib with double stuffed mashed potatoes, asparagus, fried broccoli, maybe stuffed artichokes and plenty of antipasta!!!

My mom is making a turkey with sides(not sure exactly what) and lasagna. For Christmas eve we go to my DH aunts and she is making a loin of pork, a fish dish (not sure what), than a bunch of sides.
