I really liked disney animal kingdom. In what respect do you ask this question? I mean it's no magic kingdom but I thought it was a great concept!

i mean, it is definitely not epcot or magic kingdom but i really liked it. the animals were so nice to see, the park was laid out great, they had a cool rollercoaster and overall - it was a nice park!! i wouldn't skip it if i were planning a disney trip - it is a must see, IMO.

DH and I just went there the other day. I loved the safari as did my DH and Bella and I had a blast on the whitewater rafting ride. It definitely needs some more stuff...but it was a great morning we spent there...

dh and i are big animal lovers and loved the park... you only need a morning to do it; but it was definitely worth making it part of our trip.

we just got back for the animal kingdom 3 weeks ago,(me,dh, ds whos 4, and dd whos 5). im a HUGE disney fan. but i have to admit. i was disappointed in the animal kingdom. i wouldnt visit it again.

We really like Animal kingdom. The safari ride was great. We are looking forward to taking DD later this month. We actually aren't big fans of Hollywood studios. Our favorites though are Magic Kingdom and EPCOT

DH and I are not fans. We went there for the first time in 2006 and when we went back to Disney this past July we didn't even consider going back. I might go the next time because I didn't really get to try everything but the day we went it was just to hot and crowded and I usually can handle it. I wasn't too excited about anything there though like I am with Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and MGM (Now Hollywood Studios or something like that.)

Not really a fan. Expedition Everest (the backward roller coaster) is fun, and Nicholas LOVES It's Tough to be A Bug, but overall I find the park kind of boring. We are going to skip it this trip since I'm not getting hoppers and don't want to waste a day on it.

On the days that MK and Epcot are crowded, this is a good choice either in combination with Hollywood Studios, or just doing a half-day in the parks and relaxing at your resort for the other half.
There *are* several attractions here that I would personally not miss, especially if you have children. There a couple great "meet & greets" where you can mingle with some of the more well-known characters without waiting in the lines that are prevalent at MK or Epcot. Also, the Lion King Show is one of my absolute favorites!
Come to think of it, I had better start packing; I'll be there in a week! LOL

I don't like it too much.
It is GORGEOUS but that's about it. I go once per trip, half day. mostly to ride Expedition Everest and thee the Lion King show.

I've been there on three separate occasions in the past 10 years and I enjoy it more each time I go (I wasn't impressed at all the first time - it had just opened fairly recently and didn't have much).

with my little boy, I have to say it was a great day. Really full as well.
We did not even to the rollarcoaster or the parade and still a full day.
DH HATES Disney, so I let him pick the park...glad he did. The safari was really fun...so was the train ride.

I like it. Before Everest we did it has a half day park. We started during EMH and had lunch at Rainforest and left.
I really like Animals.
Now that there is everest, I can spend half a day on that ride.
I think AK is worth it for

Kali River Rapids
Expedition Everest!!!!
The Fesitval of the Lion King
Dinosaur
It's Tough to Be a Bug
Finding Nemo
All are really cute and fun and worth seeing IMO.
However, if I only had 2 or 3 days at the world, AK would most likely be the park I'd skip.

Having the hopper was great since we didn't do a full day.
Dd loved dinosaur, tough to be a bug and the rapids.
We didn't make it to Everest!!

ITA!! I like EE, the safari & it's tough to be a bug. It's nice to walk around and they have some cute shows, but I don't think I ever stay past lunch.

We stayed at the AK Lodge with a savanah view, it was beautiful
