I feel like the heels would be too much for this dress, grecian sandals might be best.
Grecian sandals look great on the pages of a magazine, but very few women actually look good wearing them.
A casual sandal w/a heel would definitely help "sex" up the dress.

Sorry, not a fan. I think it wouldn't be flattering on someone with a decent sized chest.
