what can i get my 1 year old nephew, who has a 3rd old brother..
who has everything.. My sil said to just get him GC but I feel like I should get him something to unwrap also, since I got his brother something..

this is sooo hard, I know! I have the same problem. But.. I got my nephew a one year frame. I bought one for Parker, and the parents loved it, so I asked if instead of toys they would like it for danny since they seriously do not need another toy in their house.
12 month personalized frame
I got it in blue with a white frame, but they have a million combos, and it really came out WAY better than the website makes it look!

I would look for either an item that just came out or a bathtoy. Bathtoys always get yucky so they probably could use replacements. ITs always nice to have some new clothes for our little ones too.
