what chocolate should I use for cake pops?
what is the best chocolate to use to melt and cover the brownie/cake?

I find the best to cover cake pops isn't even exactly chocoalte. The Make n Mold brand sold at Michael's melts so smoothly and evenly it's amazing. You can also add in a teaspoon of vegetable oil if you find your chocolate thickening. Just always remember that heating it more does NOT thin your chocolate, it actually makes it thicker!

I just heat chocolate chips with some butter or crisco over a double boiler. Works great

I recently started using Merkens .. theyre awesome melting chips and they taste great!! You can also keep reheating the bowl if you have extra. It firms up, I cover it and reheat
