What color should I paint the nursery?

What color paint would look best?

I also want to get a rug for the room but Im not sure what color or kind I should get, any ideas?

I would say the color in the first picture or a sage green (the palm trees)

i would do the green of the blades of grass or the same coolor on the wall in teh first picture. as for a rug, I would probably do one of those fluffy area rugs in a tan color, like the color of that first wall

I registered for the same bedding set and am looking at painting the room the blue color of the big leaf.

I figured he can grow intot he blue, but the color in the first picture is nice also and is neutral enough to be able to match other bedding sets later.

This is so funny! I registered for Team safari bedding as well. I already have the nursery painted the same blue as the valance, Although I do like the color in the first pic too and was thinking about changing it.

I like the blue in the backround of the bedding that would be my choice.

a pale green would be very nice with that and the dark furniture. gives it some contrast.

Here's what my best friend did with her nursery (the bedding isnt the same but is very similar) - i absolutely love it!

ETA: The color/lighting isn't great but the walls are light blue, not gray.
