What paint color did you use for your nursery room?
Husband I have no clue what to paint the room. I like a soft buttery yellow and he doesn't. He wants green and I don't. Obviously we don't know the sex of our baby 'cause we want the extra surprise.
What are your colors?

DH and I are in a similar position -- I wanted soft green, he wants yellow. We're probably doing yellow walls with green bedding or accents.

I did a neutreul color...light beige with an antique white trimming. I love the colors that we chose.

What if you do you a chair rail with a pale yellow on top and the soft green on the bottom. Then maybe a creamy white for the trim color.

He wanted green, I wanted yellow. We went to the store and couldn't find a green that we liked to go with the bedding....but found the perfect yellow

We did a blue and tan with white high chair rail. My rocker/glider is yellow and we are going to do yellow text around the room on the blue area.
We did not find out the sex of our baby ahead of time.
We ended up having a boy, but I think it would have worked well for a girl too with our PBK crib bedding.  Image Attachment(s):

We have a green and a wheat. We used Ralph Lauren Suede, in Ashwood and Snowdrift.

We actually left ours the off-white shade it is now. The colors are from bedding, wall arts, window valances, etc...

hey! do what I did...just use your colors u want...
we used a ecru color and striped the walls a soft soft sage..it came out AWESOME

We did a very pale grey with white crown molding and white shelving around the entire room. We will add color with a border, bedding, accessories.

We went with a green shade - Benjamin Moore Spanish Olive. I happen to love these shades so it was easy but I completely understand how hard the decision is. Good Luck!

I have Pale Straw (pale beige-y yellow) on top and a sage light green on the bottom - separated by white chair rail.

We're doing really soft yellow/off white on top, then a white chair rail, then green on the bottom! Maybe you can comprimise?

We didnt find out ahead of time, so we painted the room a light mint green color - you should go to Home Depot, Behr's paint has a Disney line with some nice colors... thats where our mint green came from, but I'm blanking on the name of the color...
