What color were your dc eyes when they were born, and when did they change?

I love my DS's blue eyes and Im really hoping they stay! So im curious what color everyone else's DC was at birth and when they changed if they did

James was born with dark blue eyes and now at 6 months, they are a beautiful light blue - not a hint of brown in them at all! I would be very surprised if they changed, although they say they can change up to 3 years....

miki was born with gorgeous blue eyes with a darker blue ring around the outside of them

now, at 3 yo, they are still blueish but got lighter and have a hint of grey in them (just like me )

DS was born with dark blue eyes. They changed to green around 6 months and now at 17 months are hazel.

Both were born with blue and both have stayed blue

DS was born with dark blue and they just kept getting lighter and now at 2.8 they are light, bright blue
DD is 3.5 weeks old and her eyes are tricky LOL they look light brownish, but at times seem greenish or dark blue...everyone seems to see something different. b/c she has soo much dark hair I am thinking they will be brown, but me and my DS have blue and my DH has greenish/hazel so we will have to see

They were all born with blue eyes and 7 months later DS has light blue eyes....DD #1 has hazel and #2 has dark brown like me....

Both DD and DS were born with blue... DD with a darker blue at birth, but they both stayed blue!!

DD was born with very dark blue eyes and they got lighter over time. Now they change shades of blue depending on the day or what she is wearing but are always light.

DS eyes were so dark they looked black. I had kind of hoped they were just a really dark, dark blue and he would end up with his daddy's pretty blue eyes, but it seems they are really dark brown like his Mommy instead.

light blue to yellow-green just like his mommy!!! About 10 months they started changing

DD was born with what looked like black eyes, they have lightened up so much and are now a grey/blue.

DS has blue, but he is only 3 months so I don't know if they will stay.

They were both born with blue eyes and still have blue eyes at 14.5 months.
DH has blue eyes and I have green, so I think they will probably stay blue.

DS's eyes were a very dark blue when he was born and they turned brown a day later!

DD was born with the darkest blue eyes, and now at 14 mos she has light see through blue eyes with a hint of green in them, just like mine...she started getting lighter the first few months and has been this color since I want to say about 7-8 mos

they were sapphire blue when he was born, now at 7.5m they're crystally blue with hints of green sometimes.


They're my husband's eyes 100%.

My dd had the blue/grey eyes for a few weeks and then they turned brown.

Born with slate grey (dark blue/grey), now at almost 9 months a lighter grey/blue.

Both boys were born with blue eyes.
Ryan is almost 2 and now has blue/green eyes.

Colin is 4.5 months and still has blue eyes.

DS' eyes were gray at birth. No hint of any other color than gray. I kept calling it a non-color. Within a few months, they turned a medium shade of blue, and they're still like that at 13 months. They're so pretty, I hope they stay like that. However, my mother said that my eye color changed from blue to green at 2 years, and my grandmother said that my mother's eyes changed from blue to hazel at 2 years, so we'll have to see. He's so fair, I can't imagine him having DH's dark eyes, but you never know.

Kaitee was born with blue. Around 7 months old they changed to green and around 1 1/2 years old they changed from green to brown.

Abby's eyes were blue. They changed to green - just like mine!

DD is almost 7 months and has beautiful blue eyes but I am not so sure they are going to stay we both have brown eyes, mine are really dark. My mother in law has blue eyes and I will be shocked if DD's stay blue although they are really blue not even grayish.

My DD was born with beautiful dark blue eyes and now at 17 1/2 months old they are still exactly the same as the day she was born. No change at all. I hope they stay this color!!
