what did i do wrong?
So I tried this recipe....they are baking in the oven but I had such a hard time making them into little cups! Anyone ever make this? Or have any ideas? I tried using the back of a spoon!

were the egg white stuff enough?
the picture to me looks like the piped it on, not use a spoon.

i agree, looks like they piped it on. you can use a ziploc bag and cut the corner to pipe.

Thanks ladies! How do you know if the mirengue is stiff enough? It kept getting stuck to my fingers...did I not beat it enough?

Attempt # 2 is in the oven now...I piped them this time! Much better...although getting the batter into the bag was a pain in the neck!
