What do all the SAHM eat for lunch...
I never know what to have and I am always so hungry. I can't have dairy or eggs so I feel that makes it even more difficult. I also don't always have left overs but when I do I usually eat that.

i eat what olivia eats most of the time. mostly bagel, pizza, oatmeal or eggs. we eat a bigger dinner since we have small breakfast and lunch.
can you make yourself a wrap? or salads?

I had a bad am so I deserved it, but usually I will have soup or leftovers from last night.

I use to love tunafish but then after I had DS I just can't stomach the smell and I have 4 cans that I would love to eat. I guess I could make grilled chicken wraps. Salads just don't cut it, I am always starving after that and well meal time in our house is a chore in it's self so eating with DS wouldn't work.

I usually have coldcuts, but, being it's Ash Wed. today I had grilled cheese.
Once in a blue moon I'll have peanut butter & Jelly and somedays, yogurt.

I make a big pot of soup on the weekend and usually have soup, and a sandwich or an english muffin with tomato and melted cheese. This week's soup is chicken and rice.
Either that or leftovers from dinner. I often double what I'm cooking for dinner to freeze or to have leftovers. Tonight I'm making Italian wedding soup for dinner and I'm doubling the meatballs and freezing 1/2 to have it again in a week or so.

left overs.
soup (i usually have a few cans of AMy's organic lentil or split pea)
peanut butter & jelly on high -fiber english muffin
we go to the local pizza place- DD has a lentil soup and I have a tossed salad and cup as well.

Same here, except not the yogurt. Usually it's a turkey & swiss sandwich.

The days im not a work, i eat pretty much nothing. I snack on junk, im soo bad. Its hard to make lunch, sammie wants to be held. I barely make anything for dinner, so dont really have left overs.

Sometimes I have a big breakfast around 10 or 11 to cover both meals otherwise usually a sandwich, soup or chicken salad which DD loves so we split. I must admit I have been guilty on more than one occasion of having cookies for lunch.

I'm a WAHM but I usually make a veggie burger, a turkey sandwich, an omelette made with Egg Beaters, or a pizza made with WW pita... sometimes leftovers..
