Generally a sandwich--tuna, pb&j, turkey, eggsalad. Also, I MUST have something crunch so I always have either pretzels or 100cal. Sunchips. This is exactly what I would eat at work as well.

Since DH works nights, our lunches are what everyone else does for dinner. Then my dinner becomes my lunch, some pastina, cut up chicken (I try to make myself chicken salad depending on DD), PB&J or a bowl of soup - sometimes a slice of leftover pizza or if I have leftovers from lunch - I'll save the leftovers for us both and freeze them so we both have dinner ready and waiting when we need it (DH takes it with him)

I don't eat
I have coffee when I get up and that's usually it until dinner. Between feeding and taking care of DD by the time I think to eat something it's almost dinner time and there's no point.

I usually eat what Julia eats, or I will go out to lunch with her. I have been craving PB&J lately...love it--lol
or I will make a salad or a turkey wrap.
