We got a whole list from our district when we registered my son. You can probably google it though....

identify all letters
colors
shapes
things you can do to prep for kindergarten
get a list of sight words and help your DC memorize them
teach them over, under, near, far, etc.
teach them to comp similar/diff sizes
teach them letter sounds
teach them to write and spell their name
have them practice writing all upper and lower case letters, and numbers 1-10
have them draw a circle, square, triangle, a person
hop, jump, skip, throw, catch
manners
listening
sitting still
ready to learn

My daughter is in kindergarten right now. I think what she needed to know most is that she is expected to listen to the teacher and that you respect the teacher. With that established everything else will come easy.
