You can still eat the same foods you ate when on weight watchers. When I was pregnant, I didn't change my normal diet at all with the exception of alcohol.

You can eat everything you ate on WW. There is no need to change your diet.

What do u eat for breakfast and lunch
This time and last time I could only stomach carbs early on in the morning. I ate mostly dry toast, toaster waffles and cereal. Lunch I eat what I'd normally eat (sandwich, salad, chicken breast and veggies, tuna (once a week,) etc). Once my nausea subsided I ate normally for breakfast (eggs, yogart, oatmeal, etc.) The first few weeks were hard for me. Just take your vitamins if you can't stomach a balanced meal right now. You should feel better and open to more foods by the second trimester. And it should be OK to continue with WW if you'd like. Talk to your doctor and ask them how many calories you should be having and adjust your points accordingly. Just obviously avoid the "no,no" foods for pregnancy.

I was on WW pre-pregnancy too. I did switch some things up since you can't be on the program during pregnancy (per their guidelines- they make you cancel your membership). In the beginning I could only handle carbs and gained weight quickly. Since the nausea has subsided I try to do eggs, cereal, or waffles in the morning and for lunch and dinner I try to stick with high protein, lean meats and veggies. I'm still up 20lbs at 19w but I know its not because I'm eating poorly, its because thats what my body needs. Its hard because Ive always struggled with weight issues, but I know its for the baby so that makes it worth it!

With both my pregnancies I have gained a majority of the weight in my 1st trimester when all I could stomach is carbs. I'm normally like a size 10-12 and the doctor recommendation was to gain 25-30 pounds for my pregnancy so at 12 weeks in when I was up 10 pounds and shouldn't have gained anything I thought I was going to gain 80 pounds.. but honestly after week 12-14 I went back to healthier eating and kept under my goal weight and since I ate so healthy it really all came off within weeks of delivery
