Re: What do you add into your tuna fish?

A little mayo, horseradish sauce, chopped celery and a tiny bit of chopped red onion, salt and pepper.

There are other times when I just mix in a little Italian dressing.

I'm surprised so many of you use salt. the 1st time I made it w/salt it was soooo salty Chat Icon the tuna IMO has enough salt. 1 can of tuna has 250 mg of sodium.

I always make mine with mayo, finely chopped onion, a few drops of lemon juice and a sprinkle of Goya adobo. Occasionally, I'll add diced tomatos. Yum

Re: What do you add into your tuna fish?

I love tuna with mayo but haven't had it in years due to the fat and calories. I've tried the light mayos but it just isn't the same. Any ideas on what to use instead of mayo that will still give it that same moist texture but will keep it healthy?

I'm not a fan of mayo myself. Options I use are light italian dressing, salsa or a new thing I have been doing is balsamic vinegar. When I do use light mayo, I put in italian breadcrumbs, to cut the taste.

Re: What do you add into your tuna fish?

Lite Mayo, onion powder, celery, chopped onion sometimes

If I don't have all of the ingredients - tuna and mayo alone is fine
