I really like the back of the chairs. I know what you mean about matchy-matchy, but this is a really nice set!

I'm not a fan of matchy-matchy either - however this set doesn't scream matchy-matchy to me. That said, I don't like the table - those double legs are really throwing me off. I do like the chairs though...they lend a more casual feel, imo.
