i use that clorox cleanup stuff- i think its basically bleach with water... and a regular toilet brush

Totally safe - it has no chemicals in it. You can get it at Target or online...Method.com
It's cheaper at Target, though.

Clorax clean up on the outside- clorax toliet cleaner and a brush for the inside
