Re: What do you cook for dinner?
I like to use my crock pot when I can...
Beef Stew Brocolli Cheese Soup Cream of Asparagus soup
Plus my other "regulars" are ...
Chicken Stir fry with veggies (usually mushrooms, brocolli, squahs, carrots) w/ rice
Broiled Tilapia with lemon, salt, pepper, garlic Flounder w. breadcrumbs/parm cheese topping Salmon with grape tomatoes & garlic
Homemade hamburgers -- I get the 97% lean and then mix in different seasonings adn use my tupperware hamburger press to make perfect patties.
Whole baked chicken
Rosemary Chicken (I take sprigs of fresh rosemary and stick them threw the chicken breasts like a skewer, little salt, pepper garlic and bake them or grill them if it's the summer
Pepper Steak
Grilled Teriyaki marinated Flank Steak
Those are the "regular" things that I repeat a lot but I'm always willing to try something new.

Re: What do you cook for dinner?
shepards pie is so easy to make and it looks like such a hard task. All you have to do is put biscuits through out the bottom, season and fry the meat, then put shredded cheeses throughtout, put potatoes on top, melt cheese over top of whole meal. It looks amazing and takes about 45 minutes to make. I also make lasagna but an easier way out is to make it with noodles but the same idea as lasagna with meat and ricotta etc... you can chop of lasagna pasta so it has that same type of look. I also do stir fry as someone else had mentioned. Mainly chicken and broccoli, beef with broccoli, steak with mushrooms and onions. Yum..Im so hungry ; )
