I usually have something in the freezer ready to go-soup, lasagna, stuffed shells, chili, etc. I like to cook on the weekends and make extra to freeze for just these occasions.

If the freezer is bare-PB&J it is.

i always have homemade meat-sauce, chicken burgers (they're so easy to make and i freeze a bunch while i'm at it) and chili.....if you have these in the freezer you're good to go.

I try to keep things in the freezer for nights i don't want to cook - like tonight...took out past fagioli soup. I always have sauce in the freezer too.

Sometimes we order one dish from chinese foood and share it, its soo much food for so little, its cheaper than cooking...

Pancakes!!!

I always get a huge box of Bisquick from Costco and keep frozen blueberries in the freezer to put in the pancakes.

Omlettes are quick and easy. I usually defrost something (I prepare and freeze a few week's worth of food).

That is us every night. Before we had DS, we literally ate out pretty much every night. Now we get a lot of take out or eat food that my mom prepares for us. We eat a lot of leftovers and premade stuff that we just have to heat up.

My mom tries to cook extra and give it to us because she knows we never ever cook and she wants us to have some home cooking.

With my husband I always cook or we order bc he is super picky but if it's jjust me and he is not home for dinner I will literally eat cereal, ramen noodles or even breakfast for dinner (eggs pancakes my fav!)

I usually have cheese, olives, tomatoes, and bread around for those nights. DH is not picky, and I am so tired I just want something quick and go to sleep.

We order in, or I'll do English Muffin pizzas or grilled cheese or something along those lines ........

My DH is pretty easy when it comes to that though - He knows he's a PITA b/c he refuses to eat a LOT of foods, so cooking is not easy - So, he'll eat a PB&J w/o complaint

It's usually either Mac and Cheese, grilled cheese, cereal or leftovers if we have any.

We usually have Elios Pizza and chicken nuggets in the freezer so those can be heated up quick also.

Sometimes PB&J too.

When I don't feel like cooking it is usually one of the following:

Cheeseburgers
Chicken wraps

I serve them with a salad, baked beans, french fries, knish or Annie's boxed mac & cheese

The chicken wraps I use either Purdue done its or frozen breaded chicken. Heat them up as directed put them on a wrap with whatever I have on hand. Usually lettuce, tomato, cheese. Sometimes I add ranch salad dressing or Franks red hot. I also really like it with avocado or beans.

Other things I will do is get fresh ravioli from Iavarone and serve with vodka sauce.

soup (Ramen is my fave) and if I have the stuff and time I throw in some baby bok choy and chicken

Mac and cheese
rotisserie chicken (BJs are HUGE and only 4 or 5.99!)
Had cereal for dinner because I just didn't feel like making something for myself

I am a big fan of making tons of food and freezing it (sauce, soup, stuffed peppers, chicken cutlets)

My DH is in charge of dinner for DS so it has to be either something he can pull out of the freezer or something that's a snap for me to make in 15 minutes.....

Oh and Steamfresh veggies are my DS's favorite!

soup and a sandwich (I made easy tortellini soup the other night if you want recipe fm me)

pancake night (we always have Bisquick on hand)

pasta sauce & pasta (I usually have homemade on hand ~ very easy)

This is a problem for me because I hate eating foods that aren't fresh or from scratch. So I usually make bow ties with spinach, cherry tomato's and parmigan cheese over the whole thing. So yummy so easy.
