What do you do on lunch at work?
Eat at your desk? Somewhere in your office? Do you go out? Read?
I always go out. Sometimes I run errands. I can't stand staying in for lunch!

Whenever the weather is not freezing, snowing, or raining, I sit outside. Eat, play crossword, play games on my phone, etc. Sometimes I go home, other times I go to target.

I am a teacher, so usually I eat my lunch in front of a computer, catching up on lesson plans or paperwork.

my butt does not get up from my chair....seriously I sit as long as I can because when I go home with 2 kids I don't get a chance to sit down!

What do you do on lunch at work?
I always eat at my desk. and i rarely go out... but when i do its usually to a store around here and then i bring food back and eat/work.

Go out for a walk on nice days...even if it's just a spin around the block or two, it gets me out for a few.
I eat in the office kitchen...we have a bunch of tables, comfy chairs to lounge in, a TV, magazines. I'll usually eat and talk with coworkers.

I eat a protein bar at my desk BEFORE my lunch break, then I either
1) go home b/c I live 3 blocks away
2) go to Marshalls
3) get my nails done
4) go to the supermarket

Depends. If my boss or some other coworkers that i am friendly with are around we go out to a restaurant or bar and eat lunch there.
If I'm alone I will either eat at my desk and then run some errands, shop, etc or run out and get a sandwich or something and come eat at my desk.
All really depends on the day and my mood/level of busy-ness

I work from home and have my kids so I eat standing up at the counter most days while I am fetching things for the kids and answering emails - its not relaxing and not good as I sometimes just grab a banana but the alternative is not good for me either - working out of the home so I cannot complain!

I go to the gym during my lunch hour monday thru thursday. I am FTWM with 2 kids this is the only way I can go & not feel guilty since they are not with me anyway. Fridays I run errands & shop. I work near Century 21 which is great & so bad at the same time!

What do you do on lunch at work?
i have a part-time co-worker. on the days she's in the office, we have lunch in the conference room.
on the days she's not here, i make a point to leave the building... even if that means that i sit in my car or walk around the building. while i'm outside, i will knit, read, watch netflix on my iphone, or listen to podcasts.

Typically, I eat with everyone in the break room for about 15 minutes. I then use the rest of the time to lesson plan, make copies, check email, etc. There is a lot of drama in my department so I try to minimize my time with my co-workers.

Most days I go to my parent's house for lunch and eat lunch w/ them. They live about 10 minutes from where I work so lunch is always ready for me.
Other times, I will do some errands, go food shopping, etc.
Unless I'm leaving early or if the weather sux is usually the only time I stay in. I need it to break my day.

This, or prepare for lessons. Once a week, we order in or go out. Need to do that!

What do you do on lunch at work?
I'll usually go out shopping/run errands and grab a bite to eat on the way back to work. If I brought my lunch, the ill just play in my ipad while eating, or plug in my headphones and watch the news

If I am working at home, I will come on here, Facebook, news sites, etc. to read., but I am generally done within 10-15 minutes tops.
If I am not working at home, I am generally frantically cramming food down in-between appointments/classes or something like that.

I usually bring my lunch and eat with my clients. Lunch for them is 12-1. When they leave for the day (3PM), I generally run next door to Starbucks and pick up something. My supervisor has even said she doesn't care what I do with my last hour at work since I am with them most of the day.
Since I am generally done with my paperwork pretty quickly, I go back to my desk and read news websites, print out stuff for future groups or lately, have been doing practice exams for my SW license.

I work from home, so I try to go out...I prefer whole foods salad bar, but it's expensive and sort of far from where I live
