What do you have hanging over your fireplace? (Besides a TV!)
I still don't know what to hang over my fireplace. We're against putting a TV there (for various reasons). I'm not sure if I should put a wedding photo or even a mirror. Any thoughts?

My parent's bought this beautiful landscape photo of painted birds on a branch (my bro is an ornathologist) and now my parent's love bird watching in their retirement.

We do not have a fireplace but it is a must in our new house and when we do, I'm thinking wedding pic in a great guilded frame.

i would put either a mirror or a painting. I dont think I would put a wedding picture. In our living room we have a mantle clock and then nothing.... But there are decorative moldings. I am still undecided if i want to put anything else.

that is SO nice
We actually just got it recently from his parent's house. I thought his mother was going to cry when he asked if we could have it for our house!
