What do you like in your oatmeal?
I love love love a spoonful of peanut butter and a sliced banana but I need other ideas!

Maple syrup and chopped pecans
Brown sugar and bananas
Apples and raisins or dried cranberries
Cinnamon and pears

I love to soak a mixture of steel cut and quick oats in fat free vanilla soy milk overnight...I eat it cold, just Luke that, or sprinkle on some cinnamon and add berries, peaches or some chopped apple.
If its hot oatmeal, I add some combo of the following:
Berries
Peanut butter
Cinnamon
Dried cranberries
Chopped dates
Raisins
Walnuts
Pumpkin butter
Chopped pears
And a splash of FF vanilla soy.

I put one of those in the brown sugar & maple syrup instant packages. I don't really like plain oatmeal, so if I was starting from plain, I might also add some brown sugar and/or maple syrup. Maple Syrup is good in oatmeal.

- diced apples or applesauce
- fresh blueberries
- dried cranberries or apricots
- sliced banana
I have to make my oatmeal with milk because I like it creamy. A bit of sugar and cinnamon too.
Never tried peanut butter - that sounds interesting, maybe a swirl of nutella.

I usually have plain steel cut oatmeal and add either blueberries or honey. Sometimes bananas
