Re: What do you put in your chicken burgers?
I sweat out a small amount of chopped onion, and a little minced garlic and fold it into the freshly ground chicken with an egg and enough breadcrumb to make it hold it's shape nicely. Add s & p to taste and SOMETIMES I throw in a little cayenne. If the mix is too dry I do NOT add another egg.. I just wet it with a little evap milk.
When I want to go extra special I will sweat out grated carrot, finely chopped pepper, a little chopped apple with the onion and garlic and add a dash of worcestershire sometimes.
Totally cravign chicken burgers now.. I know one thing on the menu for next week!

Re: What do you put in your chicken burgers?
whatever DH feels like. Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic, paprika... etc. Sometimes he does make the patties and put cheese in them.

Re: What do you put in your chicken burgers?
Well, I prefer turkey burgers over chicken burgers. So in my turkey burgers I usually put TONS (tons and tons since I love it) of fresh dill, diced red pepper (helps add some moisture to the burgers since I use 99% fat free turkey) and some salt & pepper. Sometimes I add feta too, and shredded carrots. When I make them for DD I try to hide more veggies in there.
