We keep ours at 70 when we are home and 62 when we are sleeping or out.

Re: What do you set your heat at?

Weekdays:

70* from 6pm - 10pm
62* from 10pm - 6pm

Weekends:

70* from 7am - 11pm
62* from 11pm - 7am

We don't lower the thermostat manually when we leave. If we wind up staying home during a weekday, we'll put the heat up a bit if we'll be in the house.

64-65 when not home
67-70 when home, though lately we've been keeping the bedroom down to 64 and using a portable heater instead.

we have two zone heating, so even when we're home the floor that we're not on is at 64 and the floor we're on is the higher temp.

Ours is at 56 at all times. My DH is insane.

We keep our really low too. I am allowed up to 58 thoughChat Icon Chat Icon I actually don't find it to be cold. We close all the room doors and that holds the heat in.

Re: What do you set your heat at?

I have a programable thermostat. It comes on at 5:00am to 70 then During the day I keep it at 65, but when I get cold I bump it up to 68 for awhile then kick it back down. It usually takes most of the day to come down to 65. Nighttime we keep it at 67 for the kids sake. When we aren't home we keep it at 62.
