We typically go through about 3 cans of Similac from BJs/month and they are $27.99 each.

Similac Powder and we buy at Costco. $80.00 a month after giving them 4 $5 coupons.

I use enfamil pro sobee RTF (DS refused to drink the powder) $130.00 per month.

Powdered for DD, I spend about 100 bucks a month on Similac Advance.
For #2, she's on Neocate, so $0, my insurance covers it. But this month since went from ALimentum-28 bucks a can, to Neocate-50 bucks a can, we paid $200 bucks for formula while we were waiting for insurance.

About $250 give or take...he's on alimentum. My insurance doesn't cover it.

When I was using Simlac - it was $25 a week therefore $100 a month. If you can go generic then it would be about $12-15 a week and $48-60 a month.
