what do you think of this necklace ?

would you be disappointed if you got this for your big birthday ?
half the fun is getting that nice blue box..
i read up on aquarmine..Although it is the modern birthmonth is March..
it's very fitting her birthday
Her birth month is October and is a Scorpio
Aquamarine is:
-Ancient Arabic, Hebrew, and Roman birthstone for October
-the birth stone for the Zodiac sign of Scorpio.
- isuggested as a gem to give on the 16th and 19th wedding anniversaries.
(It's her 19th wedding anniversary this year!)
Since early times, aquamarine has been believed to endow the wearer with foresight, courage, and happiness. It is said to increase intelligence and make one youthful. As a healing stone, it is said to be effective as a treatment for anxiety.

I just wanted to say that I think it really is gorgeous, but it's very expensive and I don't know if she'll realize that you spent so much. I know it'll come in the Tiffany box, but not sure if you want to spend $800 on it. JMO, please don't be offended.

no not offended.thanks for your honesty I appreciate..i i know what you mean about the $...it's a group gift
i dont think she has anything for tiffany's...but it is qualiy and classic.. this necklace is her more style than the classic stuff. I have several pieces of tiffany jewelry..all silver
she can always return for something better
and it is always so nice to get a blue box !
and running out of ideas !

I think it's beautiful! My sibs got me a diamond solitaire necklace (that I treasure and asked for  ) for my 30th birthday. I think she'll cherish a Tiffany piece.

I think it's beautiful......I would love to recieve this as a Birthday gift. If it's a group gift, then I say go for it. If you had to foot that by yourself, then I would consider perhaps some thing else. However, it's very pretty. The girl recieving it is one lucky girl!!
