It's gorgeous, but as others said, i don't think I would spend that much on it. And at Tiffany's, I think you only get store credit for returns - I was looking into getting a gift there for someone.
As a Scorpio, I am happy to know I can choose this gorgeous stone instead of my November birthstone, which I hate

Absolutely!
I agree 100% I am not a big fan of topaz.
