What do you use for dry skin on DC's face?
I don't really love Aquafor, and I use Aveeno on his body..

I use Aquaphor and don't think it does much. I also use some California Baby stuff that I don't think works either

My dermatologist told me I can use Cera Ve (sp?) on her face, and sometimes I do, but in the really dry cold weather, I just use aquaphor which she hates.

Re: What do you use for dry skin on DC's face?
i have been reading a lot on a sensitive skin & eczema message board & they do NOT recommend aveeno...for a few reasons.
right now - i'm loving california baby super sensitive (it soaks in nicely). they also recommend ceraVe (but that's pricey)...

I am going to try the thick Cetaphil cream. I like how Aquaphor works but it stains everything.

cocoa butter, same with my face - we both have very sensitive dry skin and I use just a tiny dab and nothing has ever worked better.

I swear by this-- I put it on Sasha from head to toe every morning and night and her skin looks and feels amazing. She also has sensitive skin and the other products don't work as well to clear up dry patches.

This is what I use as well. The calendula cream is a godsend for Shane's cheeks. They're constantly red and bumpy otherwise.

Does this have a strong scent? I have another California Baby lotion in a bottle - I know it says it has that "calendula" stuff in it - but the smell is so strong. I've been using Aquafor per the ped. but it's so greasy feeling - and I don't know that it has helped much.

i don't think this has a strong scent at all - but i've also been congested for more than a year.... dave has never mentioned it's too 'scenty' and he would if it was! (we've used that on emma too - and for me last summer - it's GREAT on mosquito bites)!!!
