What do you usually buy in Target?

Shampoo?
Food?
Makeup?
Is it that much cheaper than other stores?
What am I missing?

I find that the food is definitely cheaper in Target. I also buy paper products, toiletries, detergents, etc. in there. It is cheaper than grocery stores/drug stores, esp. if you have coupons.

They have excellent prices on American cheese. Why I know that, is rather troublesome.

I buy t-shirts there.

Uh, everything! Shampoo, conditioner, baby food, regular food, clothes for me, JT, the baby, shoes.....you name it, I buy it at Target!

ETA: Yes, it really IS that much cheaper for many things!

Everything. I think food is definitely cheaper than supermarkets. Health and beauty aides, especially when on sale...Soap, shampoo, sunblock, deodorant (they have bulk packs of 3 or 4 that are really cheap), clothes sometimes....

The endcaps have great prices on clearance items too.

Even more than the prices is that it is a pleasant shopping experience.

Just went last night for some basics and the prices are much cheaper then drug stores or supermarkets...

Their food is VERY low priced as well.

Method Shower Cleaner
7th Generation toilet cleaner
Magic Erasers

sometimes I get toys there if the price is right its much easier than going to Toys R us.

I have not been to Target in ages. I so wish there was one closer to me.

when I go I get drug store items, paper goods, sometimes housewares. oh and I love their line of candles. pretty inexpensive and they last a long time.

ETA: I have gotten many baby gifts there. the prices on baby clothes & toys is really good! and they have all the brands that more expensive stores have (osh kosh, carters, etc)

I love looking around at the clothes and housewares and finding something I like for like $20!! It's so much fun to find a bargain on clothes-- mix some target stuff with some designer stuff and you can't tell the difference!

OMG the one thing I miss about home is TARGET!! When I come home to LI we go to Target three or four times...I bloody love it! I buy toothpaste, deoderant, other toiletries that I like to take back with me, snack foods, stuff for the baby...I just love it all!!

Decorations for the holiday
Toys for my nephew
and whatever I can find, or I need, in the Dollar Spot.

i get my:
beauty supplies(shampoo-soap etc)
Cleaning supplies
baby products (love the target wipes!)
sometimes i see cute tops or pjs
toys
stuff for the home-towels-my sons bathroom decor

ooo i love target...think i might have to take a ride there today!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE target ----

We buy a lot there...

food for the baby
(used to buy formula)
shampoo/soap kinda stuff
paper towels/ paper plates, toilet paper, etc.
clothes for the baby
sometimes clothes for DH and Me
CDs & DVDs, Books...
toys....

And they have Smart Ones for a great price there...so I usually pick some of them up when I'm there...

Today I bought a tie-up shade for my kitchen and a curtain rod. Plus I got 2 bags of ganola for what I usually pay at the grocery store for 1. Gotta love target.

I love target!

they have great stuff and great prices

I am never disapointed

they called me and asked me to work for them- I was so excited- but they are in minnesota
