I always get sucked into the special combo deals they have. They're always selling something with something. For instance, I didn't need lotion, but Target was selling Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion, 2 in a pack with a special hand lotion all for $6. That's why I love Target!

They have really great desserts in the frozen section. I have had the Chocolate Cheesecake and the Chocolate Lava Cakes and both were excellent! I like all the Archer Farms brand.

me too. But I hate that I always have to make Target my last stop before going home because of it

They have a delicious jarred tomato sauce - Archer Farms (their own brand) I bought it on a whim one day b/c it looks like the consistency of the type I like and it was so good. Its $2.99 a jar, sometimes cheaper on sale, and they have a few types. $2.99 a jar for good tomato sauce is unheard of IMO. The only other brands I like are Victorias and Raos are they are much more $$.
ETA: I buy clothes for my kids there - they have very cute little girl boots, baby wipes, toys, picture frames, gifts. Housewares too. I dont shop there that often for things that I can purchase at the supermarket with a coupon that can be doubled if the price is comparable. I guess you just have to know prices. I bought my kids a book and CD set at Costco for $19.99 that was $29.99 at Target.
The problem with Target (if you can call it a problem  ) is that its a place where you can end up making so many impulse purchases. My one SIL said she had to stop going there b/c she would go for a few things and come home with 8 bags full.

speaking of target., i personlly think that every "target brand" cleaning item stinks.
the dish washer fluid, the soap, the dryer sheets..ive been extremely disappinted with target brand household items. also same goes for shower curtains, and bedding. my target fancy sheet set is completely 100% faded from the first wash, and the shower curtain is crapp.
with that said i love theri home accessories, workout clothing, bathing suits, some clothes and some shoes/flip flops
