What does your Toddler sit on in the tub?
Since DS is little I have been washing him in the sink. But recently we started using the tub (he is 21 months old)
Stupid question: what do you sit them on? a towel?

We have a mat on the floor of the tub and he just sits on that...but his butt says 'soap" after each bath from the imprint 
A towel would probably be nice.

Me too!! I tried one of those bath rings, but found it difficult to wash DD's bottom when she was in it.

Ben is 20 mos and likes to stand up in the tub sometimes so we have a squishy mat that covers the entire surface of the tub. This way, no chance of him slipping. When we take him out, he goes right into his towel.

DD is almost 11 months and we just started bathing her in the big tub. I sit her on this big sponge thing I used for her when she was an infant and was too small for her in-sink tub. It is a sponge shaped like a bear.

When he first went into the tub he had an inflatable tub. Then we bought a mat that he sat on. Now he takes a shower so he stands up!

Elizabeth is on a mat, although lately she refuses to sit down and cries the whole time while she holds onto my neck.

When he first went into the tub we used an inflatable too. Then we bought a rubber mat with Emlo and fish all over it that suctions to the tub. My DS stands and jumps and plays in the tub like a kook so we just want to make it the least slippery as possible...

We have the same mat!!!! And we used the inflatable tub at first too!
We started the inflatable tub about 11 months and I'd say since 13 months, she's been in the regular tub with the Elmo mat.

We purchased some fish/ducks to stick to the bottom of the tub from Home Depot. They were cheap - maybe $3 for a pack of 10.

We just plop Gavin on his coolie on the bathmat, but when he was in the sink we used a towel.....

Tub matt. I know a lot of people said bare bottoms, but even with the tub matt, my son is all over the place and has slipped several times.

We started the inflatable tub about 11 months and I'd say since 13 months, she's been in the regular tub with the Elmo mat.
We have that mat also (Walmart). I love it because she doesn't slip at all on it and I just suction it to the wall when she's done.
