What else is a healthy snack??
For Thanksgiving Emmas class has a feast... not your typical feast with turkey and potatos but cheeses fresh fruits and such. Right now we have
Apple Slices
Grapes
Raisins
cheese
popcorn
brownies
juice
What is another fresh fruit that can be easily brought to class for kids that won't turn gross between prep and serving?

My mom used to bring them to soccer games and they were ok.
But the berries Lisa suggested would be easier to prep.

If you toss bananas (and apples) with a little bit of lemon juice, or orange juice, they won't turn. You just need a little bit, and you won't taste it.

Fig newtons....they sell them in different flavors now too, ie, apple, strawberry.
