What fruit/veggie did you start with?
and why?
I tried pears and that was a no go....
I waited 2 weeks and did sweet potatoes

My doctor gave us a list and told us to go straight down it. First was applesauce, then bananas, pears, peaches, apricots, plums, prunes, etc.

applesauce first then some prunes b/c she was so constipated. going to try pears next then bananas-then go to veggies. my ped didn't tell me what to do first

the doc recomended applesauce... but dd was up two nights in a row screaming (which she never does). I went back to oatmeal for a week and switched to sweet potatoes and squash which was fine. This weekend we are back to fruit with peaches....

we did apples, prunes, pears, bananas, then all the other fruits. With veggies, we did sweet potato, carrots, squash and t hen greens.

Sweet potatoes
avacado
bananas
prunes
pears
butternut squash (DD doesn't like it but I'll sneak a cube into the sweet potatoes )
papaya
mango
applesauce (started today)
next will be:
green beans
peas
carrots
