what is a generous Sweet 16 gift?
I don't remember the last time I went to one of these.
For my god daughter.
At The Sterling in Bethpage
I know it's what you can afford, but just ideas of what would be considered generous.
My head is saying between $200-$300. Do you give like it's a wedding??

No, I would not give $200-$300 for a sweet 16, personally. Thats around what I give for weddings. For a sweet 16, I would give $100.

If it were my Godchild and it was at a weddingish place I would give like a wedding. Probably around $250

i remember being  when i got $100 at mine (but that was 10 years ago  )
since it is your god-daughter, do what is in your heart! i think $150 - $200 isnt crazy
