What is/are something(s) you always wanted to do around the holidays but as yet have not?
I have always wanted to skate in front the tree at Rockefellar Center
and
to celebrate at least one night of Hanukkah.

Go on an actual sleigh ride. (Doesn't have to be a one-horse open sleigh. Two horses would be just fine....  )

Being a christmas eve baby there isn't much I haven't done for the holidays...except go away. For some reason I'm hung up on going away for the holidays/my birthday.

Take the next flight leaving to an island, any island.
Party until I got there.
Stay a few days.
Come home.

ice skating at Rockefellar Center
taking a carriage ride while it is snowing through Central Park
going up to a cabin in the middle of no where with our friends and hanging out by a fire

When I was little I wanted to go on one of those horse carriage rides around Central Park.
And then I became morally opposed to using horses that way.
But I still think it would be cool.
Maybe if they used mechanical horses.

Skate on Rockafella Plaza (without falling on my as$)
Go to Times Square on NYE.

Spend Christmas and the holidays just me and DH in the Caribbean on the beach! We've come close going in Dec. the past couple years, but our families always make us feel guilty for thinking of spending it without them...

go through Bethpage Restoration Village. The have old fashioned carolers and lantern lit trails, hot cider. Sounds fun
