Went out to dinner with a friends family. We kept it simple and went to Boulder Creek. I had baby back ribs, garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans.

We went to my sister's (who has a tendency to overdo it). She and her DH made lamb, steak, ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, asparagus, string beans, corn, gravy and biscuits. Chat Icon Thank God we missed the hors d'oeuvres. She had about 8 different desserts (not to mention an enormous basket FILLED with goodies!). Saboteur! Chat Icon Chat Icon

ETA: I forgot about the turkey lasagna. Chat Icon

Re: What is everyone having for Easter Dinner????

We went to my in-laws and it was their typical holiday dinner. I swear it doesn't matter what occassion it is, it is pretty similiar.

Easter the only difference was they added a lamb on the grill. They also made a roasted turkey breast, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli casserole, and carrots.

Very different from the holiday spreads of my family where we would do the whole italian course and there is tons of food.
